In short: we collect only what you type into our forms, use it to answer you and to invite you to book when we open, and never sell it. The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who we are
This policy covers formasuitesnc.com, operated by Forma Suites LLC ("Forma Suites", "we", "us"), a grooming, hair and spa business planned for Wake Forest and Raleigh, North Carolina. Forma Suites has not opened yet; we expect to open in Spring 2027.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send one of our forms, we receive:
- Founding list: your email address, your preferred location, the service you were looking at (if any), and the opening updates you requested.
We also receive whatever you choose to tell us if you email or call us.
Information collected automatically.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request.
- To stop our forms being used to send spam, our server uses a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit submissions within a ten-minute window. These records are stored in temporary server files and removed according to the host’s temporary-file retention.
- We do not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Fonts and photographs. These assets are served by our own web host. Loading this page does not connect your browser to Google Fonts or Unsplash.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up about it.
- To send you the founding-list invitation and opening news you asked for.
- To run and protect the website, and to comply with the law.
We will contact you by phone only about a request you made. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to info@formasuitesnc.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who run the website and our email for us, currently our web host, Hostinger, which receives form submissions and delivers them to our mailbox.
- With professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, where needed.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our guests or the public.
- With a buyer or successor if the business is sold, merged or reorganised, under the same protections described here.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us. For example, we keep founding-list details until we have invited you to book after opening, plus a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as health or payment details, through our forms.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@formasuitesnc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If the laws where you live give you further rights, we will honor them as those laws require.
Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Payments
We do not take payments through this website.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change significantly affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
