About these terms
These terms apply to your use of formasuitesnc.com, operated by Forma Suites LLC ("Forma Suites", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We have not opened yet
Forma Suites plans to open in Wake Forest and Raleigh, North Carolina, in Spring 2027. The website describes the services, experiences, memberships and locations we plan to offer. These may change before or after opening. Opening dates, and any dates or times shown on the website, are targets rather than commitments.
Photography on the website is illustrative, and the suite interior is an AI-generated architectural concept. It does not show our own premises, team or client work until we say it does.
Requests are not bookings
Joining the founding list, pre-registering for an appointment, requesting a gift certificate or pre-registering for a membership tells us you are interested. It does not create an appointment, membership, gift certificate or any other contract. Those exist only once we confirm them with you in writing and, where a payment applies, once you have paid.
We do not take payments through this website.
Prices
Any prices or rates shown on the website are indicative and may change before opening. The price that applies is the one we confirm when you book or buy.
Gift certificates and memberships
When we offer gift certificates and memberships, each will come with its own terms, which we will give you before you buy. Those terms apply alongside these.
